We need your help!
Please consider sharing the link to the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Human Capital Survey with your employees. The Partnership, Robert D. and Billie Ray Center and the Institute for Excellence and Ethics have developed this survey to determine the level of connectedness of Greater Des Moines (DSM) residents to their fellow residents, the community they live in and their ability to find their purpose here. The results will provide direction to determine what more we as a community can do to help improve the quality of life in the region to better attract and retain talent.
To help, we have provided below a “plug-and-play” message that you can send to employees in your company newsletter or in another form.
Thank you for taking this important step to continue our region’s momentum.
Greater Des Moines Human Capital Survey
Does Greater Des Moines (DSM) have what you need to thrive personally and professionally? Are there ways we can improve your quality of life and sense of purpose? To help us determine how connected our residents are to the community at large, the Greater Des Moines Partnership is conducting a survey. Please consider taking 10 minutes to provide feedback to help us improve our region. Make your voice heard! Please consider taking the survey and sharing it with your personal and professional contacts. Click here to access the survey. All responses are anonymous and confidential. Thank you for taking the time to help make our region a better place.
